NxTGen UP
Our NxTGen Construction Trades Experience is an immersive, hands-on experience designed to introduce participants to real construction environments, tools, and techniques. Participants will gain practical skills while learning directly from industry professionals – building confidence, discipline, and a foundation for future careers in the trades.
