Our Founder
Robert Wize is the founder of National Construction Academy (NCA), a nonprofit dedicated to bridging the skilled labor gap in the construction industry through hands-on training and workforce development.
With a background in construction management and environmental engineering, Robert combines technical expertise with a passion for education and community impact. His mission is to create opportunities–especailly youth–to gain valuable skills and access meaningful careers in the trades.
